Shipping costs and delivery times

In Skinature.net only shipments to Spain and Europe are allowed, with shipping conditions to be consulted for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

Peninsula and Balearic Islands

Home delivery costs are € 5 for orders below € 50 and free for orders above. The delivery time at the shipping address is 24 to 96 hours, being conditioned by GLS delivery times, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 08:00 to 19:00.

European Union

Shipping costs are € 9 and free for orders over € 100

Returns and exchanges

If, after the parcel received, you want to return one or more products, you can do so by emailing to info@skinatur.com the latest, 7 calendar days after recieving the order.

The amount of reimbursement will be done by the same method as payment, once the items back in our office, provided they do not present any alteration or use, including sealed, products presentation, documents of associated promotional gifts, etc. Return shipping costs are the customer´s.

If the return reason is a defect of the product or a command error, and defective products are under warranty, the cost of returning are on Skinature´s charge.
